I, Paul Needham (Operations Director) represented Global Tea and Commodities, concerning the 100% loss (through fire) of one of Global Tea's factories. We contacted Monarch3D to create a 3D virtual model of the burned down factory to aid the pending court case. Monarch3D was able to create an accurate representation of the factory from archived architectural plans and through discussions with myself and other managers that demonstrated how the factory looked as well as how it worked. Monarch3D created a virtual tour of the production lines that aided all in understanding the logical flow of the factory. As the case also included fire investigation, Monarch3D were able to create lighting studies that aided the forensic investigators involved in the case. All the work that Monarch3D produced aided all involved and saved many hours of investigation.

The quality of work provided by Monarch3D was of the highest standard and the project was delivered on time and on budget. I was personally impressed by the flexibility and speed of service Ken Lau (director) delivered. He quickly grasped what we needed and translated a complex brief into a clear, realistic animation, which guided the viewer through what had happened step by step. This unquestionably helped us to reach a settlement.

Our client Peel Holdings needed an architectural visualisation of an industrial development to enhance its marketing materials. We commissioned Ken Lau of Monarch3D to create an aerial view of how the empty site would look once a series of industrial units were built. The result looked fantastic and enabled the client and the property agents to clearly demonstrate the site’s potential to potential investors/tenants.

We were so impressed that we re-commissioned Monarch3D to deliver a project for an engineering company called ‘Warrior’. They manufacture industrial machines which lay pipes underground, eliminating the need to dig up roads. Showing potential clients how this worked was obviously challenging but Monarch3D created a clear 3D visualisation showing how the equipment fits together and exactly how it works. The client used the animation to pitch to a key plant hire company.

Monarch3D worked with us to market a development of 10 townhouses off-plan. We had acquired a site in Bury and were at the very early stages, laying the foundations and ground works. In order to market the homes effectively it was crucial that we could clearly show customers that these homes would be completed to a very high specification inside and out.

We briefed Monarch3D and they created a series of images which looked exactly like photographs and gave a slick, professional and accurate impression of how the finished properties would look. We had a preferred kitchen supplier and provided details to Director Ken Lau, who worked closely with us to deliver exactly the style and finish we required.
